Our delicious recipes have been selected and approved by Accredited Practising Dietitian Gloria Cabrera to facilitate weight loss while you’re participating in the 12 Week Program.

Each of the recipes are simple, quick and easy to prepare and cater for various dietary requirements such as gluten or lactose intolerance. Each recipe lists the calorie content, accompanying nutritional information and recommended serving size.
