Shipping policy

Our shipping rates are as follows:

Orders Over $100	Free Shipping
Orders Under $100	$10.95
Express Shipping	$14.95

 

Which carrier do you use? 

We ship your order via various courier companies. All parcels will be delivered to the address provided at checkout and may require a signature on receipt. All orders will be provided with a tracking number and shipment confirmation via the allocated carrier.

How long will it take to get my order? 

Standard Shipping: Our average time frames for delivery are as follows: NSW, VIC, QLD Metro, SA, the expected timeframe is 3-6 business days. WA, TAS and regional Qld is 5-6 business days. NT is 12-13 business days.

Express Shipping: Our average time frame for express delivery is 1-3 days.

Deliveries not received/collected

If goods are not collected within the timeframe indicated, Tony Ferguson will receive these goods back. We reserve the right to charge uncollected parcel penalty fees imposed by the carrier service for any parcel returned to us due to your failure to collect the parcel. If the customer still wishes to receive the goods after they have been returned to Tony Ferguson, they will need to cover the full cost of a second delivery. Unfortunately, no subsidy can be provided for items that were uncollected and returned.
