I would like to refund my order - ACCC (Australian Consumer law) have stated that we are not required to provide a refund or replacement for change of mind purchases. We cannot refund or credit goods unless they are damaged or have a quality issue. There are no refunds for sale items. 

I received the incorrect products – If you were sent the incorrect item from what you ordered, please contact enquiries@tonyferguson.com within 7 days of receiving your order with a picture of the product and your order number and we will resolve this issue for you.

My product(s) were damaged in transit - If your products were damaged during transit and the product is unusable. Please contact enquiries@tonyferguson.com within 7 days of receiving your order with images of the damaged product, the order number and date received so we can resolve this issue for you.

*Please be aware that Tony Ferguson products on sale may only have 2 months shelf life best before dating when they are dispatched from our warehouse. The products are good to consume right up to this date.
