This low carb green smoothie provides a huge range of nutrients from the vegetable content as well as a boost of protein and fibre from the protein shake.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 medium avocado - peeled and pitted
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 3/4 cups unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1/2 serve of Tony Ferguson vanilla high protein shake
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
