This low carb green smoothie provides a huge range of nutrients from the vegetable content as well as a boost of protein and fibre from the protein shake.

- 1/2 medium avocado - peeled and pitted
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 3/4 cups unsweetened coconut milk
- 1/2 serve of Tony Ferguson vanilla high protein shake
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
1. Simply blend together and drink.
