Egg mayo dip

Serves 1, 117 calories, 2.68g protein per serve

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 large hard boiled eggs
  • 1 tbsp reduced fat mayonnaise

METHOD:

  1. Mash the egg and mayonnaise together with a fork until combined
  2. Season with salt, pepper, curry powder or chilli to your taste
