Guacamole dip

Serves 2, 191.2 calories, 2.09g protein, 7.66g fibre per serve

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 medium avocado
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 1/4 red onion
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

METHOD:

  1. Mash avocado in a bowl
  2. Dice tomato and onion and add to the avocado
  3. Add lemon juice and mix together
  4. Add pepper, salt and chilli to taste
