INGREDIENTS:
- 1 medium avocado
- 1 medium tomato
- 1/4 red onion
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
METHOD:
- Mash avocado in a bowl
- Dice the tomato and onion and add to the avocado
- Add lemon juice and mix together
- Add pepper, salt and chilli to taste
