INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cucumber
- 1 tomato
- 1/4 red onion
- 30g feta
- 5 olives
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 tbs red wine vinegar
- Oregano, to garnish
METHOD:
- Chop cucumber and tomato into bite-sized pieces
- Slice red onion thinly
- Combine vegetables in a bowl
- Add feta cubes and olives
- Drizzle with olive oil and vinegar
- Sprinkle with oregano, salt, and pepper
- Toss gently and serve immediately
